The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has approved a comprehensive ₦45 billion capital allocation to rehabilitate arterial roads, complete the Outer Northern Expressway, and modernize municipal services throughout Abuja.
The initiative addresses long-standing transit congestion in key satellite towns, connecting Nyanya, Kubwa, and Airport Road directly into the Central Business District.
